DAZEBORA（以下「当方」）は、当方が提供するモバイルアプリ「TETNUM」およびその Web 版（以下あわせて「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。本アプリは広告収入によって無料で提供されています。
当方は、本アプリの利用者にアカウント登録や個人情報の入力を求めません。当方はサーバーを運用しておらず、利用者の情報を当方が受け取り、保管することはありません。本アプリは位置情報を取得せず、解析（アナリティクス）用の SDK も組み込んでいません。
ゲームの進行状況（クリア状況・コイン・設定・ベストスコアなど）は、利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。当方や第三者のサーバーに送信されることはなく、アプリをアンインストールすると削除されます。アプリ内の設定画面の「データ削除・進行リセット」からいつでも消去できます。
本アプリは、以下の第三者サービスを利用しています。これらのサービスは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従って情報を収集・利用します。
本アプリは、Google LLC が提供する広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用して、バナー広告・インタースティシャル広告・リワード広告（動画を見ると報酬が得られる広告）を表示します。広告の配信・計測・不正防止のため、AdMob は次のような情報を取得することがあります。

パーソナライズ広告と同意について: EU・EEA・英国など、法令で同意が必要な地域の利用者には、本アプリの初回起動時に同意の選択画面（Google User Messaging Platform）を表示します。同意の内容は、本アプリの設定画面にある「広告のプライバシー設定」からいつでも変更・撤回できます。また、Android の設定（「プライバシー」→「広告」）から、広告 ID のリセットや広告のパーソナライズの無効化ができます。
本アプリでは、任意で Google Play ゲームサービスにサインインすると、タイムアタックのランキング（リーダーボード）と実績を利用できます。サインインすると、Google はプレイヤー ID・表示名・スコア・実績の達成状況を、Google プライバシーポリシー に従って取り扱います。当方がこれらの情報を受け取ることはありません。ランキングへの掲載の可否は、Google Play ゲームのプロフィール設定で変更できます。サインインは必須ではなく、サインインしなくてもゲームは遊べます。
本アプリは、Google Play のアプリ内レビュー機能を使って評価をお願いすることがあります。評価の送信は Google Play が処理し、当方は評価者の情報を受け取りません。
本アプリの「シェア」機能は、パズルの内容を表す短いコードを含んだ URL を作り、端末の共有機能に渡します。URL に含まれるのはパズルの内容だけで、利用者を識別する情報は含まれません。URL を受け取った人が開く Web 版は、URL からパズルを復元して表示する静的なページであり、当方が利用者の情報を収集することはありません。ただし、Web ページを配信するホスティング事業者は、一般的なアクセスログ（IP アドレス・アクセス日時など）を、その事業者のポリシーに従って記録することがあります。
当方は利用者の個人情報を保有していませんが、法令に基づく要請があった場合、または当方や利用者、第三者の権利・安全を守るために必要と判断した場合には、当方が把握している情報を開示することがあります。
本アプリをアンインストールすることで、本アプリに関連するすべての情報の取り扱いを停止できます。端末内の保存データはアンインストールとともに削除されます。
本アプリは 13 歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。当方は 13 歳未満の子どもから故意に個人情報を収集することはありません。当方は利用者の個人情報を保有しないため削除すべき情報はありませんが、ご懸念があれば下記の連絡先までお知らせください。
当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点から適用され、最終改訂日を更新します。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内またはストアの掲載情報でお知らせします。

This Privacy Policy describes how DAZEBORA ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile application "TETNUM" and its web version (together, the "App"). The App is offered free of charge and is supported by advertising.
We do not ask you to create an account or enter any personal information. We do not operate any servers, and we do not receive or store any information about you. The App does not collect location data and does not include any analytics SDK.
Your game progress (cleared puzzles, coins, settings, best scores, etc.) is stored only on your device. It is never sent to us or to any third-party server, and it is deleted when you uninstall the App. You can also erase it at any time with "Delete data / Reset" in the in-app settings screen.
The App uses the following third-party services. Each of them collects and uses information under its own privacy policy.
The App displays banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded ads (ads that grant an in-game reward after watching a video) through Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC. To serve, measure, and protect ads, AdMob may collect information such as:

Personalized ads and consent: If you are in a region where consent is required by law (such as the EU, EEA, or UK), the App shows a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) on first launch. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time with "Ad privacy settings" in the App's settings screen. You can also reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your Android settings (Privacy → Ads).
You may optionally sign in to Google Play Games Services to use the Time Attack leaderboard and achievements. When you sign in, Google processes your player ID, display name, scores, and achievement progress under the Google Privacy Policy. We do not receive any of this information. You can control whether you appear on public leaderboards in your Google Play Games profile settings. Signing in is optional; the game is fully playable without it.
The App may ask you to rate it using the Google Play in-app review feature. Google Play handles the review; we do not receive any information about who submitted it.
The App's "Share" feature builds a URL containing a short code that describes a puzzle and hands it to your device's share sheet. The URL contains only the puzzle itself and nothing that identifies you. The web version that a recipient opens is a static page that reconstructs the puzzle from the URL; we do not collect any information there. Note that the hosting provider serving the web page may keep ordinary access logs (such as IP address and access time) under its own policy.
We do not hold your personal information. If required by law, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the rights or safety of you or others, we may disclose whatever information we do have.
You can stop all processing related to the App by uninstalling it. Data stored on your device is removed together with the App.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because we do not hold any personal information, there is nothing for us to delete; if you have any concerns, please contact us at the address below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised. We will announce significant changes in the App or on its store listing.
